Creating Transactions as Tasks

Use

You can include individual activities that are to be performed during a process as transactions in the task list template.

In this way, the transactions can subsequently be executed manually from within the task list. Users can then navigate from the Closing Cockpit application directly to the required transaction.

Procedure

You start from the dialog box Closing Cockpit: Display/Create/Change Tasks (see Creating Tasks ).

  1. To store a transaction in the task list template within a task folder for periodic processing, choose Transaction .

  2. Enter the transaction code in the corresponding field and change the description of the transaction if necessary.

  3. Save your entries .
