Specifying Values for the Parameter Keys

Choose transaction SDOE_PARAM to open the parameter configuration table.

Select the row that contains the DOE_CONNECTOR parameter key.

Double-click the Parameter Names node.

Select the row that contains the parameter name.

Double-click the Parameter Values node.

In the Text Value and Num Value columns of the Parameter Values table, enter the values detailed in the table below:

SOAP_OUT_HEX	Set this parameter to `X` if you want the output in a binary string format. You do not set this parameter if you want your output to be sent via HTTP as a Char String. You can set the Validity Area as ESDMA trans if you need to set the parameter at the ESDMA level.	NA	`X`
CREATE_DEVICE	Set this parameter to `X` to create a device automatically at the time of creation. When you unsubscribe, the system deletes the device Set this parameter as blank to enable the system to search for the device.
