Configuring Connections to the DOE

Context

You use this procedure to configure the development workstation so that you can import data object definitions from the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE).

Procedure


  1. In the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio, choose Start of the navigation pathWindow Next navigation step PreferencesEnd of the navigation path.

    The Preferences window appears.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathMobile Next navigation step General Next navigation step Data Orchestration EngineEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Enter the following Data Orchestration Engine details:

    Field name

    Description

    Configuration Name

    Configuration name to connect to the DOE

    Client

    SAP system client, for example, 100

    User Name

    User ID to connect to the DOE

    Password

    Password to connect to the DOE

    Server Name

    Host name of the Data Orchestration Workbench

    System Number

    SAP system number, for example, 12

  4. Choose Apply .

  5. Choose OK .
