Compressing Statistics

Use

The Start of the navigation path Statistics Next navigation step Compress End of the navigation path function reduces the display of the statistics to the (overall) totals row, which is always the last row in a set of statistics, and any subtotal rows. Depending on how many sort levels with subtotals there are, you can use the Compress Statistics function a number of times to suppress the subtotal rows of the lowest sort level (meaning the sort level with the greatest sort number) gradually.

To reverse the process, and return to the original complete view of the statistics, use the Start of the navigation path Statistics Next navigation step Expand End of the navigation path function a number of times, one after the other.
