Assigning Users and InfoSets
Context
To be able to work with the Query Maintenance component, a user has to be assigned to a least one role or user group.
To be able to change queries, a user needs authorization for authorization object S_QUERY with the value Change (see SAP Query Authorizations). These change authorizations can be revoked for each individual user of a user group.
Procedure

You are in the User Group: Initial Screen. Enter a name in the User Group field.

Choose Assign Users and InfoSets. The User Groups: Assign Users screen appears.

Enter the names of those users that are to belong to this user group.

To be able to change queries, the user requires authorization for the authorization object S_QUERY with the value Change.

You can assign or revoke these change authorizations for each individual user of a user group by choosing the following buttons:

Change Report. Select All granted

Change Report. Delete All reset
When you click the selection field before the name of a user to set or delete the checkbox, you can assign or revoke the change authorization for individual users.

Choose Assign InfoSets.
This takes you to the User Group: Assign InfoSets screen with a list of all InfoSets. Select those InfoSets that are to be assigned to the user group.

Save your entries.
