With the transactional app Approve Shopping Carts, approvers can view pending shopping cart requests and approve entire carts or individual cart items. If necessary, carts awaiting approval can be forwarded to a different employee for further processing.

Approve or reject carts or individual cart items with an optional note to the requester. Forward to a different employee with an optional note to the recipient
Inquire shopping carts and send the work item back to the creator of a purchasing document. This feature is applicable for process level of the type approval with completion in the Approval Workflow scenario.
The Inquire button is enabled only for desktop use.
