Disabling the Material UOM View

The complex table for the material UOM can contain a large number of records. If this complex table is not required in your specific implementation, disable the complex table to improve application performance gains.

By default, the material UOM view is on in the out of box application. However, the full material table can take much time to load. For many customer needs, the unit of measure is found in the posted document, or from the base UOM on the material.

Disable the material UOM view in one of following ways:
  • Navigate to the Start of the navigation pathConfiguration Panel Next navigation step Mobile Data Object Configuration Next navigation step CT - Complex Table Next navigation step <Application>_MATERIAL_UOMEnd of the navigation path. From the General Setting tab, uncheck the Data Object Active box.
  • Navigate to the Start of the navigation pathConfiguration Panel Next navigation step Mobile Application Configuration Next navigation step Parameters tabEnd of the navigation path. Select your application in the Defined Mobile Applications list. Find CTMaterialUOM in the parameter list (<Parameter Group:> CT_SAPOBJECT). Enter a 0 in the <Param Value> field.
