Parent Account and Top Level Account Field Added to Activities and Visits

The fields Parent Account and Top Level Account are available in the activities, visit, appointment, phone call, task, and e-mail workcenter views. You can also search for activities using the parent account or top-level account filters.

Your administrator must enable the Parent Account and Top Level Account fields using the adaptation mode.
