Archiving in Shipping and Receiving
Use
You can use archiving to remove data records for Shipping and Receiving Activity from the database that are no longer required in the system.
Integration
Shipping and receiving uses the SAP NetWeaver data archiving functions.
Features
Each document category is assigned to an archiving object that contains exact information about which data the system is to archive and how.
The following table shows the document categories and the relevant archiving objects for shipping and receiving:
