Object documentationArchiving Additionals Documents (LO-ADM)

Archiving object WTADDI is used to archive additionals documents in the Additionals Management component.

If a follow-up action is triggered by an event (such as creating a purchase order), the system creates an additionals document for each additional. This document contains all the data for the additional.

You can use this archiving object to archive additionals documents that were completely processed some time ago.

You can use the additionals monitor to display the additionals documents that exist in your system.

Note Note

The archiving object has been revised as part of a project to standardize and optimize data archiving. You can use the standardized archiving object by activating the business function Data Archiving: Standardization of Archiving Objects - Retail/Agency Business (DA_ARCHOBJ_STANDARD_3). You can find the description of this business function under Standardization of Archiving Objects for Retail/Agency Business. For more information, see the business function documentation in the Switch Framework (transaction SFW5).

End of the note.
