Object documentationArchiving Expenses Settlements (LO-AB)

Archiving object WSI, for archiving of expenses settlements in the Agency Business component

Using expenses settlements, you can enter and calculate expenses to be paid by customers (for example shipment costs, insurance costs, and commission). Documents are processed in agency business by using transactions WLF1D, WLF2D, and WLF3D. This functionality is particularly necessary in SAP Global Trade processes.

You can enter expenses settlements within a logistics process, using a special maintenance interface in SAP Global Trade.

Example Example

You create a delivery, and go to the maintenance screen for Global Trade data by clicking a special tab in the dialog box. There you go to the special dialog box for expenses, where you can choose to accept the planned data or change it manually.

End of the example.

Note Note

The archiving object has been revised as part of a project to standardize and optimize data archiving. You can use the standardized archiving object by activating the business function Data Archiving: Standardization of Archiving Objects - Retail/Agency Business (DA_ARCHOBJ_STANDARD_3). You can find the description of this business function under Standardization of Archiving Objects for Retail/Agency Business. For more information, see the business function documentation in the Switch Framework (transaction SFW5).

End of the note.

Retention Management in Agency Business

The SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) component supports the entire software lifecycle including the storage, retention, blocking, and deletion of data.

Agency Business (LO-AB) provides one ILM object that enhances all archiving objects with the information for data retention.

For more information, see Retention Management (LO-AB).
