In the variant for the analysis program, you can define criteria for the check run.

Entry Fields

On the selection screen of the preprocessing program, you can specify criteria for selecting the handling units to be checked under the item "Document selection". The system then selects, in addition to the handling units specified there, the upper-level and lower-level handling units, and then executes the archivability check. The number of handling units actually processed can thus be considerably larger than the number of handling units originally selected.

Here you can specify a time that must have passed since the last change to the handling unit before it can be archived. If you do not make an entry here, the residence time is not checked by the system.

Checkboxes

Select this checkbox if you wish to receive a list with detailed information of the checked handling units. Be aware of the fact that the runtime and the storage consumption of the program can increase considerably because of this, depending on the selected document quantity.
