Archiving Packing Instructions (LO-HU)
Definition
Archiving object VHU_PI for archiving packing instructions for handling units.
Use
You can use this archiving object to archive packing instructions that you created in Handling Unit Management and do not need anymore. By archiving, you save memory space and improve system performance. By removing obsolete packing instructions from the system, you can avoid unnecessary confusion among users.
Prerequisites
The packing instructions are no longer used in control cycles or determination records. You have set the deletion flag for the packing instructions you want to archive.
Structure
You archive the packing instructions including header, items and texts. There is only one archiving object for all packing instructions.
Note
Determination records are not archived with this archiving object, but you can archive determination records using the condition technique.
