Data entry checks on PPA data (diagnoses, services, treatment certificate)

The system uses Web services to transfer the PPA billing-relevant data that you enter in SAP Patient Management (IS-H) to amasys, where it is checked. amasys returns messages indicating the results of the check. When doing this, amasys checks data from the following transactions in SAP Patient Management:

Checks on an entire PPA case using the PPA work station

You can use the PPA work station in SAP Ambulatory Care Management (SAP ACM) to check a PPA case. To do this, call up the clinical work station (transaction NWP1) and assign the function PPA Work Station (KVWS) to an Outpatient Clinic/Service Facility type view. This function checks the PPA case and displays traffic light symbols indicating whether the data entered is correct and complete. You can also access the PPA work station directly in change mode by means of the NV2000 variant SAP_ACM_WS (SAP ACM PPA Work Station) and by means of transaction code NKVWS1.
