Sorting Scales/Answers in Specific Order

Context

You use this procedure to sort scales/answers based on the following selection:

  • Ascending

  • Descending

  • Scale ID

  • Description

  • Changed On

Procedure

  1. Open the Assessment Template application.
  2. Navigate to Start of the navigation pathAttributes Next navigation step Scales/AnswersEnd of the navigation path.

    The <Assessment Templates >overview screen appears.

  3. Select the required scale/answer and choose the Sort By button.
  4. Choose OK to confirm your entries.

Results

All the scales/answers are sorted as per the selected column.
