Adding Location Details of your Organization

Prerequisites

Your user ID either belongs to the groups AIN_ORG_ADMIN, or has the role COMPANYPROFILE_DELETE, COMPANYPROFILE_EDIT assigned.

Procedure

  1. Open the Company Profile application.
  2. Choose Locations.
  3. Choose New Location.
  4. In the New Location popup, enter the Location Details and Contact Person Details.
    1. For Location Details, enter the values for the fields as described in the table below:

      Field

      Description

      Location Name (*)

      Enter the name of your location.

      Street/Number

      Enter the street and house number information for your location.

      Postal Code/City

      Enter the postal code and city information for your location.

      Country (*)

      Enter the country information for your location.

      Phone Number

      Enter the phone number for your location.

    2. For Contact Person Details, enter the values for the fields as described in the table below:

      Enter the first name of your contact person

      Last Name (*)

      Enter the last name of your contact person

      Phone Number

      Enter the phone number of your contact person

      Email Address (*)

      Enter the Email address of your contact person

  5. Choose Save.
