Editing the Emergency User

Use

By setting too restrictive permissions, you have excluded all users or yourself from the DTR. To undo these settings, you must log on with an emergency user. For this purpose, the DTR provides a special user account with the default name superadmin .

This section describes, how you can change this default emergency user name.

Procedure

You maintain the emergency user in the file:

http://<host>:<port>/dtr/ws/system/config/active/registry/repository.properties

To change the default name, proceed as follows:

  1. Check out this file using the DTR client.

  2. Change the property com.tssap.dtr.server.deltav.um.superadmin.name . The default value is superadmin .

  3. Check in the activity containing the change.
