When you are implementing and testing the Logon plugin, it may be difficult to diagnose and troubleshoot your application when the registration process fails. Verify the following items:

• The configuration settings used by the Logon plugin are correct.

• The device can connect to the server.

• The appID used by the client has been set up correctly on the server.

• The authentication provided by the client is correct and sufficient for the server to accept.
