Deploying SAP Fiori Client in an Android for Work Environment

SAP Fiori Client can be deployed in an Android for Work environment. Android for Work allows an organization to securely manage applications and data on an employee’s Android device. Administrators can manage the Android for Work solution using a mobile device management (MDM) solution such as SAP Mobile Secure, SAP Afaria, or a third-party product.

SAP Mobile Secure

SAP Mobile Secure is an integrated, cloud-based enterprise mobility management portfolio. See Android for Work Quick Start Guide.

SAP Afaria

SAP Afaria is an on-premise mobile device management product that allows IT administrators to manage company-owned and employee-owned mobile devices that an employee uses for work. See Android for Work Quick Start Guide.

Third-Party MDM solutions

You can use another MDM solution to manage the Android for Work platform on devices. SAP Fiori Client supports third-party solutions, but may require some additional configuration.
