Configuration in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure you are scoped in with the sap.crm.service.serviceOrderService business service and have the Service Orders in your applications list.
  2. If not using a client certificate for configuration in SAP Cloud Integration, a business user scoped in with serviceOrderService is required and needs to be configured in SAP Cloud Integration.

Procedure

  1. Go to your user profile and select: Start of the navigation pathSettings Next navigation step All Settings Next navigation step Communication SystemsEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Select (Create) to create a communication system with the ID of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition.
    1. Enter Display ID.
    2. Enter Description.
    3. Enter Technical ID, if required.
  3. Configure the inbound and outbound settings of the communication system.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Go to your user profile and select: Start of the navigation pathSettings Next navigation step All Settings Next navigation step Communication ConfigurationEnd of the navigation path.
  6. Select the pre-delivered communication configuration Integrate Service order with SAP S/4HANA.
  7. Select Copy.
  8. Assign the communication system and value mapping group to the newly created communication arrangement.

    You can test the outbound configuration via the ping function.
