Configuration in SAP Cloud Integration

Prerequisites

Ensure cloud connector configuration is set up to connect between SAP Cloud Integration and the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition.

Procedure

Configure the two iflows present in the package SAP Service Cloud Integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  1. To replicate the service order from SAP Service Cloud Version 2 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition, use the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition side details configured in the cloud connector in the Receiver tab.
  2. To replicate the service order from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition to SAP Service Cloud Version 2, configure the business user created for the CNS receiver in the Receiver tab. For CNS_Confirmation, ensure the credentials point to those defined in the communication system/inbound
