Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single CostCenter entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

costCenter - A key that uniquely identifies a cost center.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 10

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single CostCenter

controllingArea - Uniquely identifies a controlling area.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 4

validityEndDate - Date indicating up to when an entry is valid.

Constraints: Not nullable, Precision: 0
