Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single ChangeMaster entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single ChangeMaster

changeNumber - Number used to uniquely identify a change master record.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 12
