Use

With the Force closure function, you can force the closure and valuation of inspection characteristics that cannot be closed in the normal way. For example, you may need to force closure for an inspection characteristic if the inspection results have not been completely recorded for the characteristic.

You can also use this function to accept and close inspection characteristics without confirming the inspection results.

The forced closure of an inspection characteristic is documented in the characteristic results record using an indicator.

To access the function, choose Force closure on the characteristic overview screen,  or Edit Force closure on the characteristic single screen.

Then, valuate the characteristic manually.
