Assignment of Internal Orders You need to assign internal orders to profit centers to be able to display the flow of overhead costs from Financial Accounting and their allocation through internal accounting to profit centers.
Internal activities capitalized during order settlement are also assigned to the profit center of the internal order.
Furthermore, all assets that are assigned to an internal order are also implicitly posted to the profit center of the internal order.
