Archiving

Use

You can reorganize the transaction data in Profit Center Accounting using an archiving program.

Features

Archiving gives you the following functions:

  • Posting transaction data in archive files

  • Deletion of transaction data

  • Read access to archived files

  • Archiving management

You can archive totals records and line items separately.

Activities

The archiving functions are found in the application menu under Start of the navigation path Environment Next navigation step Archiving End of the navigation path . You must have proper authorization for the functions.
