Personas

You can perform different activities in the SAP Solution Sales Configuration, cloud edition (SAP SSC, cloud edition) based on your roles and authorizations. Knowing who the personas are that use this solution is an effective way to understand the needs of your users.

The following table describes the various personas and the key tasks they can perform in SAP SSC, cloud edition:

Persona	Description	Key Tasks
Business User	Use the SSC UI to configure solutions.	Launch SSC configuration UI from external applications such as SAP CPQ to configure solutions modeled using SSC.
Modeler and Tester	Use the SSC UI to: Perform Knowledge base (KB) simulation. Perform administrator functions. View application event logs	Access the SAP SSC, cloud edition administration UI. Configure a Knowledge Base (KB). Enable the Dev Mode feature for regression testing , tracing and debugging purpose. Set custom configuration and configuration context for testing a Knowledge Base.
