Manually Storing Archive Files

Procedure

1. Start archive administration.

2. Enter the name of the archiving object and press Enter.

3. Choose the Administration function.

4. Place the cursor on the file that you want to store in the external storage system.

5. Choose the Archive System function.

   The dialog box Archive Administration: Store via ArchiveLink is displayed.

6. Choose the Store Files function.

   The file is transferred to the external storage system.
