Why do some tabs not appear in the application?
Depending on the access rights with which you have been assigned, some actions might not be authorized.
In addition, if some actions have not been customized, the corresponding tabs will not appear.
Example
If you do not have the Publish a package functional right, the Publication tab will not appear in the application.
Example
If no set of controls was assigned to the package, the Controls tab will not appear in the application.
