To find out where the EWS folder is stored

Procedure

  1. In your workstation contextual menu in the Windows Desktop, select Properties.

    The System Properties dialog box appears.

  2. Select the Advanced tab.
  3. Click Environment Variables.

    The Environment Variables dialog box appears.

  4. Under User Variables, check the folder selected for the TEMP variable.

    This is the folder where the EWS folder is stored.
