Default Values for Sender Cost Center and Activity Type

Use

You can fill the default value for the sender cost center and the activity type from different sources.

Prerequisites

You have created the Time Sheet Defaults infotype (0315) for your employees, if required.

If the option Assignment of personnel costs to receiver object is selected in the Cost Accounting Variant group box, you cannot use default values for the sender cost center and activity type.

  • To take the default value for the sender cost center from the Time Sheet Defaults infotype (0315), select the Cost center indicator.

  • To take the default value for the sender cost center from the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001), select Master cost center instead of Cost center . If you select both indicators, the system uses the cost center stored in the Time Sheet Defaults infotype (0315) for the default values.
