History

Use

The history displays data that was saved to the database. Each row of the history contains the common data of all task components as well as the times and key figures entered for each task component.

Note Note

Data records with status 50 ( changed after approval ) and 60 ( canceled ) are not displayed in the history for CATS for service providers .

Features

  • You can change, copy, and delete data records.

  • You can change the display period.

  • You can view the long text for a data record.

  • If a task was assigned to multiple receivers, you can access a list of the receivers.

  • The history shows the most important basic data of the data records. You can call up additional details for any number of data records.

  • You can look at a data record’s follow-on documents that were generated in the target components, and trace the document flow as far as the billing documents. You can also see the change history of a data record.

  • You can approve or reject data records.

  • You can filter the data records by their status (for example, display approved data records only).

  • You can use SAP Smart Forms to print out data or send it by e-mail.

  • You can use generic object services for the displayed data.
