Defining an Interface DesignYour user master record contains authorization object C_LOVC_DSG with the activity that you want to perform.
The configuration profile contains a name for an interface design under This activates the function on the value assignment screen.
Creating an Interface Design
In the configuration editor (value assignment screen) choose
You see a dialog box in which you must enter a name for the group. The characteristics are grouped under this name.
You can define whether the groups of characteristics are displayed as pushbuttons or tabs on the value assignment screen. You can define up to 15 pushbuttons and up to 10 tabs.
If you do not want to display the characteristics individually on the value assignment screen, select
Summarize
.
Tabs are summarized automatically.
The
Summarize
function does not apply to the
Sequence
indicator.
Confirm.
You see the processing screen, where you can define the user interface for the grouped characteristics.
Choose
Characteristics
. Select the characteristics that you want to group together.
Save your interface design.
Changing an Interface Design
In the configuration editor (value assignment screen), choose and call the characteristics group you want to change.
You see the processing screen for interface design, where you can make your changes.
Save your interface design.
Deleting an Interface Design
Call the characteristics group that you want to delete and go to the processing screen for interface designs.
Choose on the processing screen for interface design.
You can now delete the characteristics group and save.
