Object Dependencies You can use the
modeling environment for Variant Configuration
to create object dependencies and assign or edit existing ones. The modeling environment provides two wizards and a syntax editor for working with object dependencies.

The modeling environment provides all of the functions you need to create and work with object dependencies.
To use constraints, you need a configuration profile for the material and a constraint net for the configuration profile.
