In addition to viewing the list of installed bases and their details in the SAP Commerce Cloud storefront, B2B customers can also view the service tickets and service contracts associated with the installed base.
Context
To view the associated service tickets and service contracts:
Procedure
- Log in to the SAP Commerce Cloud storefront.
- Choose .
The list of installed bases for the B2B unit appears.
- Click the installed base for which you want to view the service tickets or service contracts associated with it.
The following details of that installed base appears:
- General Data – General information about the IBase
- Name and address – Name and address of the installed base location
- Parties Involved – Contains name and address of the parties, for example bill-to party, sold-to party, involved.
- Product Components
- Text components
- Object Components
- Installed Base components
- Service Contracts – List of service contracts associated with the installed base
- Service Tickets – List of service tickets associated with the installed base
- To view the service contracts and their details:
- Click Service Contracts.
The list of service contracts associated with the installed base appears.
- Click the service contract for which you want to view the details.
The details of the service contract appears.
You can renew or terminate the service contracts associated with the installed base. For more information about service contracts, see Service Contract Management.
- To view the service tickets and their details:
- Click Service Tickets.
The list of service tickets associated with the installed base appears.
- Click the service ticket for which you want to view the details.
The details of the service ticket appears.
You can update the service tickets associated with the installed base. For more information about service tickets, see Service Request Management.
