B2B and B2C customers can log into the SAP Commerce Cloud storefront to view the list of business agreements. B2B customers can view only the business agreements that are replicated from the SAP CRM back end.
Prerequisites
B2B customer should have the administrator privilege to view the business agreements.
Procedure
- Log in to SAP Commerce Cloud storefront.
- Choose .
Select My Account for B2C customers and My Company for B2B customers.
The list of business agreements appear.
- Click on any business agreement for which you want to view the details.
The details of the selected business agreement appears:
- Agreement ID – Unique agreement ID
- Description – Short description about the business agreement
- Partner Name – Name of the partner for whom the business agreement is created
- Class – Classification of business agreement
- Default Agreement – Default business agreement that you selected. This agreement will be used, for example when you create an order for the business partner.
- Reference Number – External identification number of the business agreement
- Collective bill – Defines whether the business agreement is applicable for collective invoice
- Address – Address of the business partner
- Payment Details:
- Payment Via – Outgoing payment method of the partner
- Refund Via – Incoming payment method of the partner
- Correspondence – Key of the business partner that replaces the original business partner for the purpose of recipient determination. This business partner is defined as the standard correspondence recipient.
- Dunning – Business partner that receives the dunning for the overdue receivables. Replaces the contract partner.
- Tax Rate – Tax details of the business agreement
