Changing Security Log Levels

You can increase log levels to capture more detailed information for troubleshooting. Then reduce log levels to a value more appropriate for normal security operations

Procedure

  1. Increase security log levels to troubleshoot problems.
    1. In Management Cockpit, select Start of the navigation path Logs Next navigation step Log Settings End of the navigation path.
    2. Increase the log level for the Security component.
    3. Click Save.
  2. Following troubleshooting, reduce security log levels for normal security operations.
    1. In Management Cockpit, select Start of the navigation path Logs Next navigation step Log Settings End of the navigation path.
    2. Reduce the log level for the Security component.
    3. Click Save.
