Agentry Client Disconnected after Application or Server Restart
After restarting an application or SAP Mobile Platform Server, Agentry Client users are disconnected, but are not prompted to reconnect. This indicates the Stay Alive option (keepAlivePeriod) is not enabled for the application in the Transmit Configurations file.
In the short term, advise Agentry Client users to restart their applications. For the longer term, work with a developer to enable the Stay Alive option in TransmitConfigurations.ini for the application. See Configuring the Transmit Configuration File for Agentry applications in Administrator > Application Administration. You must republish the application after making the change.
