Modifying a tier table

You can modify a translation table:

• From the New Simulation window

• From an XML file saved on your hard disk

To modify a tier table in the New Simulation window

1. In the New Simulation window, click the Shared Objects tab.

2. In the Tier Tables area, click the tier table that you want to modify. The tier table window is displayed.

3. Make changes to the tier table.

4. Verify the tier table structure by clicking on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

5. Save the tier table.

To modify a tier table saved as an XML file

1. Make sure that the New Simulation window in which you want to open the tier table is open and active.

2. On the File menu, click Open. The Open dialog box is displayed.

3. In the Look in list, select the folder where the tier table is saved.

4. In the folder, select the tier table, and then click the Open button. The Open Parameters dialog box is displayed.

5. Click the Open as Sub-Element of Current Object option.

6. Select the tier table, and then click Open. The tier table is added to the table of the Tier Tables area.

7. In the table, double-click the row to open the tier table.

8. Make changes to the tier table.

9. Verify the tier table structure by clicking on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

10. Save the tier table.
