Modifying a real customer profile

You can modify a real customer profile:

• From the New Simulation window

• From an XML file saved on your hard disk

To modify a real customer profile in the New Simulation window

1. In the New Simulation window, click the Customer Profiles tab.

2. In the Real Customers area, click the real customer profile that you want to modify. The real customer profile window is displayed.

3. Make changes to the real customer profile.

4. Verify the structure of the real customer profile by clicking on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

5. Save the real customer profile.

To modify a real customer profile saved as an XML file

1. Make sure that the New Simulation window in which you want to open the real customer profile is open and active.

2. On the File menu, click Open. The Open dialog box is displayed.

3. In the Look in list, select the folder where the real customer profile is saved.

4. In the folder, select the real customer profile, and then click the Open button. The Open Parameters dialog box is displayed.

5. Click the Open as Sub-Element of Current Object option.

6. Select the real customer profile, and then click Open. The real customer profile is added to the table of the Real Customers area.

7. In the table, double-click the row to open the real customer profile.

8. Make changes to the real customer profile.

9. Verify the structure of the real customer profile by clicking on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

10. Save the real customer profile.
