Creating a new real customer profile

To create a real customer profile, you must first export a real customer usage event from the database to an XML file or create an XML file that represents this usage traffic. After that, you can create a real customer profile in Simulation Tool.

To create a real customer profile

1. In the Simulation window, select the Customer Profiles tab. This tab contains two main areas: Modeled Customer Profiles and Real Customer Profiles.

2. In the Real Customers area, click . The Real Customer window is displayed.

3. Set up the real customer profile.

4. Once the real customer profile has been set up, close the Simulation window by clicking in the title bar. The new real customer profile is added to the table of the Real Customers area.
