Opening a modeled customer profile

You can open a modeled customer profile:

• From the New Simulation window

• From an XML file saved on your hard disk

To open a modeled customer profile in the New Simulation window

1. In the New Simulation window, click the Customer Profiles tab.

2. In the Modeled Customers area, click the modeled customer that you want to open. The modeled customer window is displayed.

To open a modeled customer profile saved as an XML file

1. Make sure that the New Simulation window in which you want to open the modeled customer profile is open and active.

2. On the File menu, click Open. The Open dialog box is displayed.

3. In the Look in list, select the folder where the modeled customer profile is saved.

4. In the folder, select the modeled customer profile, and then click the Open button. The Open Parameters dialog box is displayed.

5. Click the Open as Sub-Element of Current Object option.

6. Select the modeled customer profile, and then click Open. The modeled customer profile is added to the table of the Modeled Customers area.
