Modifying a modeled customer profile

You can modify a modeled customer profile:

• From the New Simulation window

• From an XML file saved on your hard disk

To modify a modeled customer profile in the New Simulation window

1. In the New Simulation window, click the Customer Profiles tab.

2. In the Modeled Customers area, click the modeled customer profile that you want to modify. The modeled customer profile window is displayed.

3. Make changes to the modeled customer profile.

4. Verify the structure of the modeled customer profile by clicking on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

5. Save the modeled customer profile.

To modify a modeled customer profile saved as an XML file

1. Make sure that the New Simulation window in which you want to open the modeled customer profile is open and active.

2. On the File menu, click Open. The Open dialog box is displayed.

3. In the Look in list, select the folder where the modeled customer profile is saved.

4. In the folder, select the modeled customer profile, and then click the Open button. The Open Parameters dialog box is displayed.

5. Click the Open as Sub-Element of Current Object option.

6. Select the modeled customer profile, and then click Open. The modeled customer profile is added to the table of the Modeled Customers area.

7. In the table, double-click the row to open the modeled customer profile.

8. Make changes to the modeled customer profile.

9. Verify the structure of the modeled customer profile by clicking on the main window toolbar. Correct all elements underlined in red.

10. Save the modeled customer profile.
