Find the Prepaid Accounts related to a User Technical Identifier

Business Context and Use

This operation enables you to find a prepaid account stored in Convergent Charging Core Database from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Note that you have to specify at least which is the User Service Identifier related to the prepaid account.

Features

This operation enables you to find a prepaid account stored in Convergent Charging Core Database from a Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

You must specify the User Service Identifier. The result of the operation is a list of non distinct prepaid accounts.

Optionally, you can specify the Service Identifier and the date. If so, the result is zero or one prepaid account.

If you do not specify the date, the current date is used to perform the operation.

Prerequisites

At least one subscriber account and one prepaid account included in this subscriber account must be created.
