Create or modify a refill plan before setting it up. In the right pane of the refill plan window, open the Parameters tab.
On the Parameters tab, you redefine the parameters of the refill logic by changing their values or by linking them to the parameters of the refill plan.
Redefine the parameters of the refill logic if necessary.
Name: Displays the name of the parameter.
Type: Displays the parameter type.
Status: Provides the list of the parameter status. Select one of the following status:
Not Redefined: Select this status if you do not want to link the parameter to a parameter of the refill plan
Redefined: Select this status if you want to redefine the parameter of the refill logic
Linked: Select this status if you want to link the parameter to a parameter of the refill plan
Value: Type a value or select a parameter of the refill plan to redefine the parameter. This option is not available for the status Not Redefined.
If you want to synchronize the recurring refills of refill logic objects with the billing cycles of SAP Convergent Invoicing, you must link a dedicated parameter with the SAP_BILL_CYLE_DATE parameter of the refill plan.
As a prerequisite, you must:
Create a dedicated parameter when setting up the refill logic containing the recurring rate
Set the reference date of the recurring refill to this parameter (see the online Help of the logic components)
Link this parameter with the SAP_BILL_CYLE_DATE parameter of the refill plan
In the Parameters tab, you must then link the previously created parameter to the SAP_BILL_CYLE_DATE parameter of the refill plan.
