Reseller: This option is used to specify if the telecommunication company and its services are regulated by the Public Utility Commission, the Federal Communication Commission and/or other government authorities. To select an option, do one of the following:
Select one of the following options:
Regulated: The telecommunication company and its services are regulated
Unregulated: The telecommunication company and its services are not regulated
Select the option defined in a property
Facilities Based: This option specifies the tangible facilities used by a company to deliver the service. If the carrier delivering the service has company-owned facilities used to provide the service, they are facilities based. If they do not own the facilities, they are non-facilities based.
Select one of the following options:
Facilities Based: The carrier delivering the service has company-owned facilities used to provide the service
Non-Facilities Based: The carrier delivering the service has not company-owned facilities used to provide the service
Select the option defined in a property
Franchise: This option specifies if the company provides services sold according to a franchise agreement between the carrier and jurisdiction.
Select one of the following options:
Franchise: The company provides services sold according to a franchise agreement
Non-Franchise: The company does not provide services sold according to a franchise agreement
