before setting up a charge in the charge plan. In the left
pane of the charge plan window, click a charge to view,
and then open the Technical Data tab.
The Technical Data tab allows you to define identifiers that the customer needs to access the related services.

Fill in or modify the Technical Data tab.
: Click to add a row to the table.
: Click to delete a row from the table.

Note: The possible values of the service identifiers depend on how SAP Convergent Charging is integrated with the online or offline mediation system. The values must be consistent with the information supplied in the chargeable items received by the system for rating and charging purposes. |
Service Identifier: Type the identifier of the service (SMS, voice, data). This identifier must be unique in the Technical Data tab.
User Technical Identifier: Provides the list of the technical data of the charge plan. Select the technical data of the charge plan that you want to link to your technical data.
