Versioning (New)

A new versioning scheme has been introduced for 9.0 FP08.

For FP08 the version in Start of the navigation pathHelp Next navigation step AboutEnd of the navigation path looks like this: 9.8.0.xxx, where:

  • The first digit 9: is the major version.

  • The second digit 8: is the feature pack number.

  • The third digit 0: is the maintenance patch number. This digit increments as we release maintenance patches.

  • The fourth digit is the build number of the released version.

Rotate Command for 2D Drawings​ (New)

The Rotate commands are available when viewing 2D file formats such as CGM and PDF.​

Metadata Hyperlinks Support​ (New)

Hyperlinks in the Metadata panel of Object Properties or Scene Tree are highlighted and interactive.

CAD (Enhanced)

JT Files:

  • Updated to produce VDS files.

  • Updated to speed up loading process when Sandbox is “off”.

  • The initial view of JT files in Viewer has been corrected to match as in JT2Go
