Organization Onboarding

Context

This topic describes the tenant provisioning steps that include organization onboarding when an organization’s administrator logs into the system for the first time.

Procedure

In the Organization Onboarding screen, enter the following details:

Field	Description
Company Name	Enter the company name
Website	Enter the company website
Country	Enter the country.
Roles	Enter a role for the tenant, like, manufacturer, operator and so on
Tenant Purpose	You can specify the tenant being onboarded is used for development, test, or production purposes. Tip Create one development, one test, and one productive tenant per organization. Note Tenant Purpose cannot be changed once the organization is successfully onboarded. Ensure you choose the appropriate tenant purpose while onboarding the organization.
Title	Enter the title of the user
First Name	Enter the first name of the user
Last Name	Enter the last name of the user
Email Address	Enter the Email address of the user

Choose Save.

Results

On successful onboarding of the organization, the user will be re-directed to the SAP Fiori Launchpad homepage and can start using the authorized applications.
