Viewing Unrecognized Mail Messages

Use

For each application that uses the Bounced Mail Framework (BMF), you can see a list of all mails with status Unrecognized.

Prerequisites

You have navigated to Administer Bounced Mail Framework → Clients and selected a client application from the list.

Procedure

Viewing Unrecognized Mails

  1. ChooseSettings → Unrecognized Mail.
  2. Optional: Filter messages by rejection reason.

    From the Reasondropdown box, select a reason and choose Refresh.

Showing Exceptions Trace

Each mail marked as Unrecognized is a result of an exception.

The exception can be returned by one of the following:

  • The BMF

    To see these exceptions, choose Show BMF Exception Trace.

  • The client application

    To see these exceptions, choose Show Exception Trace of Client.
